职位描述: YOURRESPONSIBILITIESWILLINCLUDE:-Providedailysupporttoproductionandtroubleshootallissuesrelatedtotheconvertingmachines.(RFIDindustrywillbeperfect)-PreparethedailyandmonthlyPMscopewithchecklisttooverallconvertingmachines.-Assistsprocessengineertoidentifythemachineissueandmakesuretheissueswillberesolvedintime.-Preparetheweeklyandmonthlydowntimereportwithcorrectiveactionstomeetthenewtarget.-Providetrainingandtechnicalsupporttotechnicians.-Identify,develop,andmaintainanetworkofsuppliersinChinaandabroadforobtainingtechnicalinformation,servicesupport,equipmentandsupplies. WHATWEWILLBELOOKINGFORINYOU:-College’sdegreeinEngineeringorrelatedtechnicaldiscipline.-Atleast3-5yearsmachinemaintenanceexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.-Strongtroubleshootingskillwithalogicalsense.-Fullexperienceinprintingequipmentdebugging,repairandmaintenance.-Certificationinimprovementprocessesispreferred(i.e.SixSigma,Lean,etc.).-Strongquantitativeandanalyticalcapability-strongstatisticalandcomputerbackgroundaplus.-Willingnesstoworkwithalllevelsofoperationalandprofessionalstaffacrossallshifts.-AutoCADorPro-Eisamusttothispost-goodteamcooperationconsciousness;-goodleadershipandexecution.
